This is something that women never seem to escape. I work with middle school girls, and after spending all day helping them learn to diffuse dramatic situations between them and their 7 "best friends," there are some days I come home and do the same thing with my friends in their 20's and 30's.

Your two points are very good pieces of advice-- keep it between those directly involved. Jesus was a loving confronter and He dealt with those directly involved in conflict. So many issues between women would be resolved if we loved one another like Christ and spoke TO one another in conflict instead of ABOUT one another.

Very timely post. Thanks for sharing!
