Ugh. I've got a lot to improve on as far as stewardship of time goes. I saw Piper's tweet as well. Killed me.

I need work on taking responsibility/ownership for my time. To be accountable to God for it. Perhaps intentionally setting up boundaries. Certain times. Certain days of the week.

Miley is right on. Our lives are not that interesting if our lives are spent tweeting.... or put another way... Our lives are not THAT glorifying...

oh, such a good post. I have often thought about this, trying to weigh the time I spend on FB, reading blogs, and now dabbling on twitter with my face time with family, family and God. This week I am going to limit my time on FB to an hour max at night after all chores are done, which includes not keeping a "tab open" in firefox. (that was my excuse, "I'm still working! I just flip back and forth between the tabs!!") LOL...
I'm not on every night, but when I do get on I feel compelled to catch up on everything plus a few quizzes...so this post is definitely sounding some alarms for me.

Anyway, I'll be interested to see other sugestions, I look at it this way, these are new modes of comunication, still relatively new and exciting, as humans we are still trying to grasp our footing on it all. I can only imagine when the phone first became available to the masses there had to be this "sort" of fascination.

so how do we harness it for the glory and good and not just socio-babble?

will be checking back-MJ ;)
