Great perspective! As a single gal, though, I must say that I really appreciate my married friends. Yeah, I think it's healthy to have a good mix of friends. Single ladies help you to remember that really the LORD is your first husband and ultimately your Only husband - and He really can be everything you need. And married ladies have the advantage of a guy's mind and life to balance theirs - so they oftentimes are able to give better advice and have become more balanced and mature people through marriage - more selfless. Oh yes, and my married friends are great reminders that we are LADIES and we need to represent our gender well :). They have husbands to thank for the desire to fine tune their womanly charm and all that goes with it! But really, the Lord created us this way and single or married, we need to be all that He created us to be :). Thanks for this, Sharon!
